Google Talk Music Trends

Es ist schon manchmal erschreckend, welche Informationen Google von seinen Usern bezieht:

Enabling [Music Trends] will share your music listening history with Google Music Trends and will turn on Personalized Search.

You can opt in or out of Music Trends at any time:

1. In your Google Talk client, click Settings.
2. Click Audio in the left navigation bar.
3. Click the Share music listening history with Google Music Trends checkbox.
4. Click OK to apply your change.

Signing up for Google Music Trends will also enable Personalized Search, so that your music listening history will be available to you from your Search History page. You can opt out of Personalized Search, or pause your Search History, at any time.

Music listening information will only be logged if you're sharing your music status in Google Talk.
